The National Forum is Ai Group's premier event which is held annually at Parliament House in Canberra.

The Forum coincides with the Ai Group Annual National Dinner which is held in the Great Hall of Parliament House and at which the Prime Minister is the invited guest speaker. Both events are an opportunity to connect with Australia's political leaders and engage with more than 400 industry leaders, policy makers and the national media.

This year the Forum will be a forward looking discussion of the challenges and opportunities presented by the biggest and most sustained mining boom in generations and our good fortune in being located in the fastest growing region in the world.

We will be considering how we can balance the booming demand from Asia and record prices for our commodities with the need to maintain a diversified and sustainable Australian economy. And, what is the outlook for Asia in terms of growth, direction and risk?
